AgroLiquid to Acquire Monty’s Plant Food Company

AgroLiquid has announced it plans to acquire Monty’s Plant Food Company to help expand its innovation in agricultural crop nutrition.

Monty’s Plant Food is a Louisville-based specialist in soil health and plant nutrition technology. AgroLiquid CEO Nick Bancroft says both companies share some similar goals, but their different approaches to achieving them will help create new opportunities to optimize nutrient efficiency and productivity for growers.

Both companies will maintain their distinct brands and continue operating independently through the 2025 growing season to ensure seamless service to their respective customers.

The deal is set to go into effect January 1^st.
