We are excited to announce that as a Certified Agriculture Dealership, you will have exclusive access to a new Truck Protection Plan that covers the agriculture customer - CADProtect. As you know most protection plans exclude vehicles classified for agricultural use, leaving farmers and ranchers either with a worthless contract or no protection at all if there is a mechanical issue.
But starting immediately, we have a solution that helps not only the farmers / ranchers but you our network of Certified Agriculture Dealerships. On Tuesday, March 19th during AgRally, we will announce our new offering, CADProtect. CADProtect is the only truck protection plan designed specifically for Ag vehicles. For a fraction of the cost to repair a transmission or replace an engine, CADProtect protects farmers / ranchers from expensive repairs and expedites claims to minimize work disruptions.
CADProtect was developed in partnership with ProGuard Warranty. ProGuard Warranty is a third-generation, family-owned business that has been serving the automotive industry for over seventy years. As dealers themselves for this entire time, ProGuard offers a unique expertise in knowing the products and coverage needed to protect dealers and their customers. ProGuard was one of the first providers to recognize the need for a unique product to serve the commercial truck market and designed a protection plan that fit the space perfectly.
When seeking a partner for a farm and ranch truck protection plan provider, we recognized that ProGuard held similar values and an entrepreneurial spirit that fit well with our goals as well as our dealers. There has been a strong synergy from the get-go, as they quickly understood the specific requirements of farm/ranch trucks and got to work developing a plan to fill the void in the Ag marketplace.
CADProtect truck protection plans cover the powertrain components plus air conditioning, braking, cooling, fluids, suspension, steering, and electrical components including propulsion batteries for EV/Hybrid vehicles. Plans are available for vehicles less than 10 years/150,000 miles and under 19,500 pounds (GWVH) in weight. Terms range from one to four years, with an allowance of 25,000 miles per year. Included are a free SiriusXM 3-month trial subscription, labor on all covered repairs, towing reimbursement up to $100 per occurrence and a vanishing deductible that incentivizes the customer to return to the selling dealer for repairs. CADProtect customers have a direct dial to a U.S.-based service department that includes ASE certified adjustors to expedite service and minimize repair time. Plans are fully insured and transferable, extending the value if the vehicle is sold.
CADProtect is the only truck protection plan endorsed by the Certified Agriculture Group and is offered exclusively through participating Certified Ag Dealers. There is no financial commitment from Certified Ag Dealers to be able to offer the new CADProtect product. As an additional benefit, Certified Ag Dealers will have access to ProGuard’s expansive menu of new and pre-owned vehicle protection plans that include a unique CPO program, a standalone OEM smart technology package and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) waivers.
CADProtect provides further exclusive benefits to you as a Certified Ag Dealership as well as an additional revenue stream.
