Another key point of discussion that emerged during the recent AgPack Partner Summit was collaboration. It was a topic that was intertwined in many of the discussions. Ways to improve the visibility of the CAD program and AgPack through cross-marketing and social media appeared to be on everyone’s mind. How can we improve the on-boarding process for both dealers and our AgPack partners? Is there a way to better leverage our current relationships to recruit new partners who will bring added value to the program? We need to better understand how AgPack is working at the dealership level so we can continue to refine our process and make it more customer friendly as well.
There were a ton of questions and ideas about how we might collaborate, so it will take some time to sort it all out. But suffice it to say, this was a major topic that WILL lead to improvements and better relationships going forward!
